Claire Mathew is Counsel and a member of the firm’s Global Transportation Finance team.

Ms. Mathew's practice includes advising on a variety of structured aircraft finance transactions, with an emphasis on cross-border and aircraft leasing structures. She has wide-ranging experience in operating and finance lease transitions and has advised on sale and leaseback transactions, export credit financings and JOL financings. She has represented banks, lessors and airlines and is primarily responsible for documenting, negotiating and managing the execution of transactions.

Ms. Mathew was selected for inclusion in 2009 as a Rising Star in Airfinance Journal’s Guide to Aviation Lawyers.
