Cristina María Ana Richards is an associate at Vedder Price. She is a member of the firm’s Global Transportation Finance team and her areas of focus include business aviation, commercial aviation and general equipment finance.
Ms. Richards joined Vedder Price with significant domestic and international finance experience in mortgage banking, commercial banking, private equity and developmental financing.
Ms. Richards focuses her practice on corporate, regulatory and finance matters, concentrating on aircraft, vessel and equipment finance.
In law school, Ms. Richards was Articles Editor and a member of the Executive Board of the Business Law Brief and was President of the Business Law Society.
Ms. Richards is fluent in Spanish.
