Cristina Hawilo joined Vedder Price in 2007 as an associate in the Litigation Practice Area. Ms. Hawilo maintains a broad litigation and counseling practice and represents individuals and corporations on a variety of commercial litigation matters. Cristina has experience handling disputes related to breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, restrictive covenants, trademark infringement, patent infringement, fraud, and Deceptive Trade Practices Act claims.
Prior to joining Vedder Price, Ms. Hawilo was a litigation associate at Jenkens & Gilchrist, P.C. in Chicago from 2004 to 2007. She is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Cristina is fluent in Spanish and Arabic and has used her multilingual background in handling foreign litigation matters.
