Dozie Okpalaobieri is an associate at Vedder Price and a member of the firm’s Corporate Practice Area. He represents and advises clients in a broad range of general corporate and corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, finance and other corporate transactions. In addition, Mr. Okpalaobieri advises private equity firms in both mezzanine debt and private equity investments. Also, Mr. Okpalaobieri’s experience involves the formation of corporations, partnerships, LLCs and private equity funds.
Mr. Okpalaobieri attended Northwestern University School of Law, where he was the editor-in-chief of the Northwestern Journal of International Law and Business. He was also the Vice President of the Black Law Students Association at Northwestern as well as the Academic Retreat Coordinator for the Midwest Black Law Students Association. He is actively involved in pro bono service.
