William K. Hadler joined Vedder Price as an Associate in the Capital Markets group. He concentrates his practice in the corporate finance and corporate transactional areas, with a focus on securities law matters.

During law school, Mr. Hadler served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Arlander Keys of the US District Court, Northern District of Illinois and authored and published an article in the Seventh Circuit Review. Prior to law school, Mr. Hadler advised principals of family businesses as well as officers and directors of public companies as a Financial Analyst in the investment banking industry.
