David A. Bowen is an associate in the Real Estate and Corporate Practice Groups. Mr. Bowen’s corporate practice is concentrated in real estate, real estate finance and general corporate counseling. His experience includes drafting and negotiating documents in connection with acquisition and disposition of real estate, representing lenders and borrowers in complex financing transactions including construction loans and multi-property loan transactions, leasing and formation of business entities.
As a registered Certified Public Accountant with prior experience as a senior financial analyst for a large real estate investment trust, Mr. Bowen is able to provide his clients with "value added legal advice" and practical insight. He understands the concerns of modern businesses and the factors that drive their success.
