Lucy M. Kalnes joined the Chicago office of Vedder Price as an associate in 2008. Lucy is a member of the Capital Markets and Securities Group, and focuses her practice on the representation of commercial banks, commercial paper conduits, placement agents and related affiliates, issuers and lenders in various asset-backed securitizations and transactions.
Prior to joining Vedder Price, Lucy worked as an associate at Thacher Proffitt & Wood, LLP in New York in its Structured Finance department. Lucy is licensed in both Illinois and New York.
