Megan J. Crowhurst is an associate in the firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Group. She counsels employers in a broad range of employment law matters, including wage and hour, discrimination, wrongful discharge and medical leave.
Ms. Crowhurst has successfully represented private–sector employers in individual and class action lawsuits in judicial administrative and arbitral forums.
Ms. Crowhurst attended the University of Washington Law School in Seattle, Washington, where she was the President of the Moot Court Honor Board. She was also a member of the Pacific Rim Law and Policy Journal.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Crowhurst worked in the White House during the Clinton Administration and was actively involved in the 2004 Voter Protection Program to protect the legal rights of voters.
