Thomas A. Baker has practiced in the litigation, insurance and labor and employment areas since joining Vedder Price in 1974. Much of his practice consists of litigation in US federal and state courts. He also engages in preventive counseling and litigation risk analysis and provides advice concerning insurance obligations and regulatory requirements.
