James S. Petrie is Of Counsel at Vedder Price and a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Area. He represents corporations on employment law matters, including employment discrimination, employee benefits, collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, labor contract administration, union avoidance and NLRB proceedings. He has served as lead outside trial counsel for the U.S. Postal Service in FLSA litigation.
Mr. Petrie is a contributor to publications covering labor law matters. He is a frequent lecturer at employment law seminars and before professional associations.
