Christopher G. Barrett, an Associate in Vedder Price’s Capital Markets group, focuses his practice on corporate and finance matters, with an emphasis on public-company representation and securities law compliance. Mr. Barrett regularly advises public companies on reporting obligations, corporate governance and disclosure matters. Mr. Barrett’s transactional experience includes issuer and underwriter representation in public offerings of equity and debt; tender and exchange offers; mergers and other business combinations, including going-private transactions; and exempt offerings and other private capital-raising activities.

Mr. Barrett was the Executive Editor, Publications, for The Loyola University Chicago Law Journal.
