Rachael N. Harris joined Vedder Price as an associate in the Finance and Transactions Group. Ms. Harris focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and general corporate matters. Also, Ms. Harris’s experience involves the formation of corporations, partnerships and LLCs.
During law school, Ms. Harris served as a student clinician in the Loyola Business Law Clinic, where she acted on behalf of clients to form nonprofit organizations, obtain tax-exempt status and register as charitable organizations. Also, Ms. Harris assisted small business owners in forming corporations and LLCs, and advised entrepreneurs regarding entity formation and corporate governance matters.
