Elizabeth N. Hall is an associate in the firm's Labor and Employment Practice Group. Ms. Hall counsels private sector employers in a broad range of employment law matters, including preparing employment policies, effecting employee discipline and discharge and conducting investigations. She defends employers in individual and class action discrimination, harassment and wage and hour claims brought in state and federal court and in front of administrative agencies. Ms. Hall also has particular expertise managing electronic discovery in complex individual plaintiff and class action litigation.
