Mark J. Ditto is an Associate at Vedder Price and a member of the firm's Global Transportation Finance team.
Prior to joining Vedder Price, Mr. Ditto's practice focused on securitization financings in public and private markets, compliance with securities laws and exchange listing standards, and general public company representation matters.
Mr. Ditto has also been involved in several pro bono matters representing political asylum clients from Darfur, the Central African Republic, Sierra Leone and Tibet.
