Jessica L. Winski joined Vedder Price in 2008 as an Associate in the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation groups. She has experience in all aspects of employee benefits law, including the design and administration of qualified retirement plans and health and welfare plans. She frequently advises clients in the design of nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements, including compliance with Code Section 409A. She also assists executives and companies in the design and negotiation of executive employment agreements, severance arrangements and incentive compensation plans. Prior to joining Vedder Price, Ms. Winski practiced employee benefits law at a firm in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Ms. Winski was selected for inclusion in 2012 Illinois Rising Stars.
