Jennifer A. Johnson

Jennifer A. Johnson joined Vedder Price as an associate in the Finance and Transactions Group. Ms. Johnson’s banking and finance practice is concentrated in secured transactions, commercial lending, equity bridge and capital call facilities and asset-based financing, representing both borrowers and financial institutions. She also represents clients in and advises them on a broad range of general corporate and corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions as well as other corporate transactions.

Before entering private practice, Ms. Johnson served as law clerk for The Honorable Donald S. Coburn, J.A.D. (retired), Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.
