Michael C. Joyce joined Vedder Price as an associate in the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice areas in 2005.  He counsels companies on all aspects of employer-provided benefits, including qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and legal compliance and correction.  He also counsels executives and companies in a range of executive compensation matters, including employment and separation arrangements, deferred compensation, equity compensation, and change-in-control matters.  Before attending law school, Mr. Joyce worked for seven years as an employee benefits consultant for the accounting and professional services firms of PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young.
