Margaret A. (Peggy) Arnold joined Vedder Price in 1994 as a shareholder in the firm's Litigation Practice Area.

Ms. Arnold has experience in the litigation of product liability claims, toxic torts, construction injuries and insurance law. She has extensive experience in providing coverage opinions and in litigating general coverage issues, including the applicability of advertising injury and personal injury coverages to a wide range of underlying claims (patent infringement, copyright infringement, antitrust suits, civil rights actions and environmental claims), the applicability of additional insured endorsements and the business risk exclusions to commercial disputes, and all issues concerning homeowner policies and automobile policies, including uninsured and underinsured motorist coverages. She has handled coverage matters concerning those issues on a national basis. Currently, a significant portion of Ms. Arnold's practice focuses on the handling of complex, multi-state environmental coverage litigation for insurers.

Ms. Arnold has conducted seminars and workshops for insurance industry clients and professional associations.
