Richard H. Schnadig is a shareholder at Vedder Price and a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Area.

Mr. Schnadig currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Chicago Chamber Musicians, the Founder’s Council of the Field Museum and the Board of Trustees of the Chicago Architecture Foundation. Mr. Schnadig is listed in the 2007 edition of Chambers USA and 2007 and 2008 editions of The Best Lawyers in America. Most recently, Mr. Schnadig was recognized by The Legal 500 as part of a report that ranked the firm among the top 10 U.S. Labor and Employment firms.

He has successfully represented corporate clients in simple and complex employment discrimination and ERISA litigation throughout the United States. He also continues to counsel clients in traditional labor practice areas with respect to the National Labor Relations Act, and in arbitration and collective bargaining. From 1973 through 1975, he served as Special Counsel to the Director of Illinois Personnel and Special Counsel to the Governor of Illinois.

Mr. Schnadig was an adjunct Professor of Law and Policy at Kellogg School of Business, Northwestern University. He is a member of the American Bar Association.
