Richard C. Robin has experience as lead trial counsel in all aspects of litigation involving management-labor relations litigation (age, race, sex, national origin, equal pay, Labor-Management Relations Act, violent or mass picketing); commercial litigation (contract, real estate, trust and estate, unfair competition, trade secret, restrictive covenant); and products liability, toxic tort and environmental litigation.
Mr. Robin's trial experience began with the Office of the Illinois Attorney General from 1970–1974 where he had responsibility as lead trial counsel and was advisor to governmental officers, agencies and departments involving management-labor relations litigation (Civil Service discharge matters, discrimination litigation arising under Title VII and the Civil Rights Acts, layoffs and reorganizations, challenges to constitutionality of state statutes, regulations and governmental activity).
Mr. Robin received an "AV Preeminent" Peer Rating in Martindale-Hubbell.
