Jennifer Milos joined Vedder Price as an associate in the Labor and Employment practice group in 2007. She is formerly an associate at Freeborn & Peters, where she practiced general litigation and management-side employment law. Her experience includes the defense of employers in all aspects of employment litigation before federal and state courts and various administrative agencies. Mrs. Milos has significant experience with all aspects of equal employment opportunity, wrongful discharge and wage and hour litigation.

Mrs. Milos also counsels employers on a variety of employment law issues including employee discipline and discharge, federal laws including FLSA, ADA, FMLA and Title VII, and myriad state employment laws.
