Thomas M. Wilde is a shareholder at Vedder Price and a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Group. He represents employers in all aspects of equal employment opportunity, wrongful discharge, wage and hour and labor relations litigation before federal and state courts and various federal, state and local administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of Labor and National Labor Relations Board.

Mr. Wilde is a member of the firm's FLSA Task Force and has significant experience conducting wage and hour audits and defending companies in wage and hour actions and Department of Labor audits and investigations.

Mr. Wilde counsels employers on a variety of labor and employment issues, including employee discipline and discharge; harassment and workplace investigations; wage and hour laws; workforce reductions; disability accommodation; and employee leaves of absence. He also represents employers in arbitrations, collective bargaining and labor relations matters and assists employers in preparing and implementing personnel policies.

Mr. Wilde regularly speaks to industry and association groups on a variety of labor and employment topics.
