Donald A. Wassall joined Vedder Price as a shareholder in the New York office in 1994.
Mr. Wassall represents corporate issuers, institutional lenders (banks, insurance companies, pension funds and other financial institutions) and equity participants in a variety of secured and unsecured financings. Mr. Wassall has particular experience and skill in United States and international lease financings of aircraft, railcars, facilities and other equipment, off-balance sheet financing and financings supported by export credit agencies and manufacturers.
In 2003, Mr. Wassall was named one of the top aviation lawyers in the world by Euromoney Publications.
