Paul R. Hoffman is a shareholder at Vedder Price and a member of the firm’s Corporate and Corporate Finance Practice Areas.

Mr. Hoffman counsels lenders and borrowers in commercial lending and secured transactions including transactions involving senior and mezzanine credit facilities, leveraged and management buyouts and asset-based lending. Mr. Hoffman also counsels clients in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, joint ventures, other fundamental corporate transactions and general business matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hoffman was Assistant General Counsel of Roadmaster Industries, Inc. Mr. Hoffman has served as an Adjunct Professor for DePaul University.
