Paul R. Hoffman is a Shareholder at Vedder Price and a member of the firm’s Finance and Transactions group.

Mr. Hoffman has extensive experience in structuring, documenting and negotiating commercial loan transactions, including senior and mezzanine credit facilities, asset-based and cash flow credit facilities, acquisition financing and cross-border loan transactions. He also represents lenders in work-outs and reorganizations.

Mr. Hoffman also counsels clients in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, joint ventures, other fundamental corporate transactions and general business matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hoffman was Assistant General Counsel of Roadmaster Industries, Inc. Mr. Hoffman has served as an Adjunct Professor for DePaul University. Mr. Hoffman is a member of the American Bar Association.
