James P. Lambe joined Vedder Price in 2000 and is a member of the Equipment Finance Group. He represents and counsels clients in connection with debt, equity, and lease financings of aircraft and rolling stock, including U.S. leveraged leases, mortgage financings and export credit agency supported financings.
Mr. Lambe has extensive experience with export credit agency supported financings involving both Export Development Canada and the Export-Import Bank of the United States. He also has experience in bankruptcy and restructuring matters through his representation of United Airlines, Inc. during its bankruptcy.
