N. Paul Coyle is a Shareholder at Vedder Price and a member of the firm’s Finance and Transactions group.
Mr. Coyle’s banking and finance practice is concentrated in commercial finance, primarily representing banks, commercial finance companies and other institutional lenders in the health care industry. Mr. Coyle negotiates and documents, as well as advises clients in connection with structuring, asset-based, cash flow and real estate financing transactions. Mr. Coyle has extensive experience representing secured lenders in structuring intercreditor issues and regularly negotiates intercreditor agreements.
Mr. Coyle also represents borrowers in many of the foregoing types of financings. Mr. Coyle’s finance practice also includes the representation of liquidity-facility providers in tax-exempt financings and letter of credit matters.
Mr. Coyle is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois and an Adjunct Professor of Law at the John Marshall Law School, where he has taught Agency?and Unincorporated Entities. Mr. Coyle is a member of the firm’s Hiring Committee, Diversity Committee and is a prior Co-Chair of the Summer Associate Committee.
