Peter T. Wynacht is a member of the Tax & Estate Planning group at Vedder Price.  Mr. Wynacht concentrates his practice in the area of tax law and has significant experience in most aspects of federal tax planning. Mr. Wynacht represents corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, regulated investment companies, and entrepreneurs in a variety of tax matters, including business start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and federal, state and international tax planning and structuring.

Mr. Wynacht is a former Tax Counsel of Chevron Corporation, a Fortune 10 company.  While at Chevron Corporation, Mr. Wynacht gained a great deal of experience in a variety of international tax matters.
