Andrew M. Gardner, a shareholder, joined Vedder Price in 1990 as a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Area. He has successfully represented plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation at all levels of state and federal courts throughout the country. Mr. Gardner has considerable experience in representing insurance companies and financial institutions in multi-state class action litigation. Mr. Gardner’s other areas of emphasis include antitrust counseling and litigation and appellate practice.
