Michael E. Draz is an Associate at Vedder Price. He is a member of the firm’s Global Transportation Finance team and focuses his practice on aircraft finance.
Prior to joining Vedder Price, Mr. Draz was an associate with Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he represented business clients and investors in complex transactions including financing transactions, asset acquisitions and mergers ranging from several million dollars to over $1 billion.
