Richard Bollow Moves to Vedder Price
Richard C. Bollow, a senior trial attorney with Jenner & Block and more recently with Quinlan and Carroll joins Vedder Price P.C. in its Chicago office.
Mr. Bollow has extensive experience in all aspects of complex business and commercial litigation in state and federal trial and appellate courts, including breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, trade secrets, construction law, employment and class action litigation. He coordinated all aspects of the defense of the City of Chicago in the Chicago Flood Litigation, including class and individual actions consolidated in the Circuit Court of Cook County and the Northern District of Illinois, appeals to the Illinois Appellate Court, the Illinois Supreme Court, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Bollow is admitted to practice before the bars of Illinois and Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and is a member of the trial bar of the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois and the Eastern District of Wisconsin. He has been admitted pro hac vice in many other states as well. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Mr. Bollow received a B.A. degree from Brown University, and a J.D. degree from the University of Illinois College of Law where he was elected to the Order of the Coif.
