Vedder Price Adds Commercial Litigation & Employment Law Shareholder
Vedder Price announces that Margo Wolf O’Donnell, formerly with Jenkens & Gilchrist, joins the Firm as a Shareholder in the Commercial Litigation and Labor and Employment practice groups. Ms. O’Donnell is an experienced trial lawyer who brings exceptional skills in handling a variety of litigation.

Ms. O’Donnell has been involved in a wide range of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, employment litigation, intellectual property disputes, insurance matters and disputes relating to consumer fraud.
Ms. O’Donnell’s self-described flexible approach has helped her find success in resolving legal disputes. “The diversity of the clients I have represented enables me to see both sides of a dispute, and then think creatively to develop an effective resolution,” explains O’Donnell. Her ability to act as an advocate for the interests of her clients led to her recent selection by Chicago Lawyer as one of the “40 Illinois Attorneys Under 40 to Watch.”
After receiving her B.A., magna cum laude, from Yale University, Ms. O’Donnell went on to earn her J.D., in 1994, from the University of Michigan Law School.
She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Yale Club of Chicago and a former chair of the Young Leaders Fund of the Chicago Community Trust. Ms. O’Donnell speaks frequently on topics related to litigation strategies and the prevention of litigation and is regularly published.
