Mid-Level Associates Rank Satisfaction Near Top
[Chicago, August 1] The American Lawyer surveyed mid-level associates at the most prestigious firms in the country regarding factors that contribute to job satisfaction, ranging from compensation and benefits to relationships with shareholders. In their August 2006 issue, Vedder Price ranks at 19 among “Second Hundred” firms in the national survey, and sixth among Chicago respondents.
“The firm continues to create and emphasize policies and procedures to help insure the satisfaction of our mid-level associates,” said Lewis Check, Director of Professional Development for Vedder Price.
