Real Estate and Land Use Practice Group Recognized in “Best of the Best 2011” Survey

(CHICAGO)—Vedder Price’s Real Estate and Land Use practice group was recently recognized in the “Best of the Best 2011” survey by Midwest Real Estate News.
The annual survey ranks law firms by the number of real estate transactions completed in 2010 in a 14-state region. Vedder Price’s Real Estate and Land Use group ranked 19th on the list.
The firm handled 189 real estate transactions in 2010 relating to the following uses: commercial, industrial, office, multifamily, shopping center, land and health care. Forty-four of these transactions were valued at $5 million to $14 million.
Vedder Price’s Real Estate and Land Use practice group is chaired by William J. Lewis and comprises over 20 attorneys.
