Vedder Price Ranked Second Among Bank and Thrift Legal Advisers
Vedder Price was ranked second among bank and thrift legal advisers by SNL for the second quarter of 2007. Rankings are compiled based on the total of announced deal values, with Vedder Price totaling approximately $23 billion.
According to SNL’s data, the Midwest and the Southeast saw the most bank and thrift-related M&A activity for the second quarter in a row. Of the total 62 deals reported for the second quarter, 19 or approximately 31%, were in the Midwest.
