Karen P. Layng Appointed Co-Chair of ABA Construction Litigation Subcommittee

(CHICAGO)—Karen P. Layng, Shareholder and Chair of the firm’s Construction Law practice group, was recently appointed as Co-Chair of the ABA Construction Litigation Program Subcommittee for a two-year term.
The Construction Litigation Committee, which boasts over 2,300 members, sponsors varied construction and related topical programs at ABA meetings throughout the year. In her new position, Ms. Layng will develop program proposals and assist in obtaining co-sponsors for a wide range of programs and events sponsored by the Committee.
