Edward K. Gross Receives ELFA’s Legal Committee 2011 Edward A. Groobert Excellence in Leasing Award

(CHICAGO)—Vedder Price Shareholder Edward K. Gross, member of the firm’s Global Transportation Finance team, recently received the Legal Committee 2011 Edward A. Groobert Excellence in Leasing Award by the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA).
Every year, an ELFA Awards Committee selects one or more nominees who meet certain criteria. Mr. Gross, who was the only recipient of the 2011 Award, was selected for playing an outstanding leadership role in representing ELFA and the Legal Committee, as well as making significant contributions over a substantial period of time. The Award was announced at the ELFA 2011 Legal Forum held May 1–3, 2011.
ELFA is a trade association representing financial services companies and manufacturers in the U.S. equipment finance sector. The ELFA Legal Committee’s efforts support and promote the industry’s legal, legislative and regulatory activities.
