Global Transportation Finance Team Expands with Addition of Sascha Yim

Vedder Price P.C. is pleased to announce that Sascha Yim has joined the firm’s Global Transportation Finance team as an associate in the New York office.
Prior to joining Vedder Price, Ms. Yim was an attorney with Cleantech Law Partners in New York, where she represented clients in a variety of corporate matters. Prior to Cleantech, she was with Haynes and Boone, LLP, where her practice focused on corporate and securities and finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt financing and securities offerings.
“Sascha has the entrepreneurial spirit and drive that fit in so well with our culture here at the firm,” says Dean N. Gerber, Chair of Vedder Price’s Global Transportation Finance team. “In addition, her experience working with lenders in a wide variety of financial transactions and ability to deliver exceptional service will be of great value to our clients.”
Ms. Yim received her LL.M. in international legal studies from the New York University School of Law and her bachelor of arts degree and LL.B. from the University of New South Wales.
