Global Transportation Finance Team Advises Natixis Transport Finance on US Airways Transaction

(CHICAGO)—Vedder Price’s Global Transportation Finance team represented Natixis Transport Finance as sole lender in a recent predelivery payment financing transaction involving 24 Airbus A321 aircraft being purchased by US Airways.
The aircraft are scheduled to be delivered by 2012; their list value is $2.3 billion.
