Patrick W. Spangler Authors Chapter in Human Resources 2008
Patrick W. Spangler, an associate in the firm’s Labor and Employment practice area, authored a chapter for the summer edition of Human Resources 2008 — Answers to Your Top 25 Questions. Mr. Spangler’s chapter, “Default Retirement Investments and New Safe-harbor Protections,” examines the Pension Protection Act of 2006 and the protection of 401(k) plan fiduciaries under Section 404(c) (5) to ERISA.
