Global Transportation Finance Team Advises DVB and PK AirFinance on Financing of Four 777F Aircraft

(CHICAGO)—Vedder Price represented clients DVB and PK AirFinance in the nonrecourse financing for Oak Hill Capital Partners of four Boeing 777 freighter aircraft.
The transaction, which closed on July 1, 2011, included predelivery payment financing from DVB for two of the aircraft that are delivering in 2012 and long-term financing for all four of the aircraft.
