  • New York: Associate – Corporate/Equipment Finance  New York Office
    2 - 3 years equipment finance and/or structured finance experience
  • Chicago: Associate – Corporate/Financial Institutions  Chicago Office
    1 - 4 years bank regulation experience
  • Chicago: Associate – Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions  Chicago Office
    4 - 5 years general corporate/mergers & acquisitions/private equity portfolio deal experience required
  • Chicago: Associate – Litigation  Chicago Office
    5-6 years general commercial litigation experience, creditor's rights litigation experience preferred
  • Chicago: Associate – Corporate/Investment Services  Chicago Office

    3-6 years investment services (40 Act) experience
