While the general philosophy is to utilize minimal staffing at levels necessary to achieve effective and efficient results, the litigation practice area has the resources to staff the most complex litigation matters and has substantial experience in trying lengthy, multiparty cases involving computerized depositions, massive document management and sophisticated discovery and trial techniques.
The litigation practice group gives constant attention to providing cost-effective and efficient legal services regardless of the size of the matter and continuously updates clients with respect to estimated and actual expenses of litigation. Over the years, Vedder Price’s trial attorneys have been involved in a significant number of cases that have shaped the course of the law in various substantive areas.
Within the litigation practice, there are a number of industry-specific practice areas for which the firm is well known. These include Accounting Law, chaired by Dan L.
