Mr. Heinrich focuses his practice on a range of environmental matters, including enforcement litigation, compliance counseling, remediation, Superfund, RCRA citizen suits, Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act suits and various environmental aspects of real estate transactions. He represents clients in a wide variety of service areas, including manufacturing, waste management, waste transportation, and industries such as building materials, cosmetics, chemicals, paper, insurance and food.

“We are excited to have Brett join our Environmental practice. Vedder Price Environmental Shareholder Joseph Strubbe, noted, “Brett has a tremendous background in environmental matters with capabilities that will add great value and range to our growing environmental practice and client base.”
