Global Transportation Finance Shareholders Edward K. Gross and David M. Hernandez will present at the Revolution.Aero conference taking place on September 23 and 24 in San Francisco.

Revolution.Aero brings together new start-ups in aviation that are “disrupting the market” as well as companies that have been leading the aviation industry for decades. Attendees include investors, analysts, journalists, regulators, financiers, lawyers and other aviation professionals who help regulators plot the future.

Mr. Gross will moderate the panel, “How do you forecast a market that does not yet exist?” on September 23. He and his panel of industry experts will discuss market forecasting methods and challenges regarding, among other things, VTOLs, eVTOLs, high-speed helicopters, urban autonomous aircraft (and vehicle integration), related infrastructure and flight hailing services. 

Later that day, Mr. Hernandez will participate in the panel, “Why certification is just one hurdle: Operating innovative aircraft,” where he and other panelists will discuss how regulators can keep up with new aircraft and business models, the issues that worry regulators, and share key aspects of Part 135 and Part 91 of the Federal Aviation Regulations for beginners.
