Charles B. Wolf, a Shareholder in the firm's Labor and Employment practice area, has been elected to the Board of Governors of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel (ACEBC). The ACEBC is dedicated to elevating the standards and advancing the public's understanding of the practice of employee benefits law. There are approximately 400 Fellows who have been admitted to the College. All have over 20 years of experience in the area and were selected based on professional accomplishments and contributions to the field of law. Mr. Wolf has been a Fellow since 2003 and has already begun serving his term on the Board. 

In addition to his new role at the ACEBC, Mr. Wolf teaches Employee Benefits Law at the University of Chicago Law School. He is also currently on the Board of Senior Editors of Bloomberg BNA's Employee Benefits Law treatise. Mr. Wolf is a member of the American Bar Association's Section of Labor and Employment Law and the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans. From 2009 to 2011, Mr. Wolf was named Co-Chair of the American Bar Association's Labor Section, Employee Benefits Committee. He formerly served as Co-Chair of the subcommittee on Collective Bargaining and Employee Benefit Plans and as Co-Chair of the subcommittee on Withdrawal Liability.
