Ms. Beltran focuses her practice on assisting clients with the development and implementation of estate plans and tax-related issues. She has advised corporate clients on corporate governance issues relating to ownership structure and bylaws. In addition, Ms. Beltran has experience in managing the administration of trusts, decedent’s estates and guardianship cases. 

Ms. Beltran received her law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. During law school, she specialized in Transactional and Tax law, earning a certification in both areas.  While in law school, Ms. Beltran was a member of the Latino Law Student Association, the Women’s Law Society and the Business Law Society. Ms. Beltran received her undergraduate degree in Accounting from St. Mary’s University.

Ms. Beltran is fluent in Spanish.
