The U.S. Department of Commerce Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) has extended the filing deadline for Form BE-10 to June 30, 2015 for all new filers. "New filers" are those U.S. companies or persons who are required to file, but have never filed, any BEA survey of U.S. direct investment abroad, including the BE-10, BE-11 and BE-577 surveys.

New filers are reminded that registering for the BEA's eFile system is a multistep process that can take two to three days. However, completed forms may also be submitted via facsimile or mail. For more information, please refer to the BEA's website or contact your Vedder Price attorney.
